This website is operated by Tiger Canada, a brand of KAITLYN EMMA LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.

Products

Our raffia goods are handmade. Natural variations in colour, texture and weaving are expected. Product-page dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to the disclosed handmade tolerances. We aim to display colours and details accurately, but screens may render them differently.

Prices and orders

Store prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Taxes, when applicable, are calculated according to the checkout configuration. Submission of an order is an offer to purchase; an order may be declined or cancelled when payment cannot be authorized, information is materially inaccurate, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not legally possible. Any collected payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Shipping and returns

Processing, delivery and return terms are described in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use its content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.

Accuracy and availability

We may correct errors and update product information, availability and prices. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Canada is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
