Shipping within Canada

Tiger Canada currently ships to eligible addresses within Canada. Standard shipping is free for Canadian orders.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Because our pieces are handmade, preparation may take toward the longer end of this range during busy periods.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, remote-area service or peak periods.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, email supper@tigercanada.shop with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
