Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in the condition received: unused, unworn, free from damage or odour, and with its original packaging and any included components. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return

Email supper@tigercanada.shop before sending an item back. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in our instructions; the return address is the same as our business and shipping address.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for choosing a trackable service. Tiger Canada covers reasonable return shipping costs when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. No restocking fee is charged.

Handmade characteristics

Minor variations in colour, texture, weaving, dimensions and weight within the tolerances stated on the product page are normal characteristics of handmade raffia goods and are not, by themselves, defects. These characteristics do not remove your right to request a return under this policy.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the refund. Original expedited-shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
